The Frigid, Furry Florida Cold Snap - March 15, 2017
If You Lived Here, You'd be Cold Right Now...
Stella, girl, we prefer you get your groove back with Taye Diggs in Jamaica and not by dropping snow flakes and cold temps all over the country during Spring Break season, but if you insist on bringing some of the cold air from your heart to the South at least we can break out a key winter staple for one more day. So we decided to make the most of the cold for Floridians weather we experience yesterday and today.
BEFORE we go too far into this post, let me tell you I know this will jump around like wild. For starters, it's just one of those days where my mind is jumping around 300 miles a minute (maybe because it's cold) but also because we really dug deep into the closet for this ensemble. AND y'all will get to meet my crazy pup for the first time in this post!! He loves the cold so he wasn't about to sit on the sideline for this photo session. Hopefully his cuteness adds to the style inspiration.
Back to the outfit...Don't get me wrong, this poncho below may be one of my all time favorite Target scores BUT definitely not available any longer and right now it isn't exactly poncho season (if there were ever such a season) so the linked substitutions are a stretch at best. AND the rest of the outfit are some quality staple items that you can acquire from just about anywhere so don't be mad when the items linked aren't quite what you see on my body.

NOW...the moment you've all been waiting for. MY HOUND DOGGY. :-)
Oso, the ball of fluff that is my child, is also on my About Me page, but here he is in all of his fun glory. He thinks anytime a human is outside, that he needs to be playing with you. It makes for timed photo madness. However, this one made laugh so I thought we'd share the outtake. What a fluffy cutie!
