Hey Look, I had a wedding date. :-) I think he has to go whether he likes it or not.
Backless, comfy maxi? Yes, please!
Who doesn't love a maxi? It's the option of basically wearing fancy pj's. It's the comfort of sitting on your couch without the dirty hair and shame. It's pretty much the equivalent of going pantsless in public only no one judges you. Maxis are life. BUT...here's the kicker if you are tall like me. Some maxis are basically midis. And that's not cool. I love a midi skirt. But if I bought a maxi I want to cover my feet. Not just my knees. Well, tall women of the world join forces and shop at Lulu's.

This dress is as pretty in person, as it looks in the person. It was comfy and unique. I wore it to a wedding with heels, but you could dress it down with flats for a beach day. HOWEVER, let me give you a few pieces of info that I had to work with once the dress arrived.
1. Y'all...it is long. Like super long. I am 6 ft. tall and I wore it with heels and had room to spare. Short ladies may want to avoid.
2. The cut of the dress is meant for someone with a little bit of chest. I had to have the top portion taken in a little and then use dress tape to keep the side boob action in check.
3. It is heavy. The material is much thicker and heavier than the picture appears. I say you can dress it down but it may feel heavy to you. That is up to you.
Either way, I still loved the dress and am looking for another excuse to wear it again.
Since I dressed it up, I went with gold shoes and accessories. I happen to have purchased them all at random times from Charming Charlie's so it worked out well.
